All you need is a yoga mat. I provide all other props and accessories. You should wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move and stretch with ease.

I work with all ages, from tweens and teenagers to seniors. I bring all supportive props and provide modifications to poses for anyone who has limited mobility, whether recovering from an injury or due to other physical conditions.

I do not currently offer special prenatal yoga classes. You can find prenatal instructors and classes by searching online.

Centered Self is also designed to meet you where you are on your own schedule. We offer numerous options, including online and in-person classes, through private 1:1 and group instruction. -
Yoga offers numerous benefits, such as improved strength & flexibility, better balance, increased alignment between your body & mind, reduced stress & anxiety, better sleep, and a deeper connection to yourself. Yoga is not intended to replace other forms of exercise and can be a wonderful supplement to an existing (or new) fitness routine.
